Mother yeast, exclusively Italian almonds with a high oil content and very low acidity, candied orange peel cooked at low temperature to avoid the loss of their essential oils, sultanas and acacia honey. To fully savor it, it is advisable to serve the panettone after having heated it near a heat source for a few hours. Ingredients: type 0 soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, pasteurized egg yolk, raisins, candied orange peel, mother yeast, acacia honey, salt, orange paste, lemon paste, vanilla pods. Icing: sugar, almonds, egg whites, hazelnuts, kernels, corn flour, potato starch, cocoa powder.

Ingredients: type 0 soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, pasteurized egg yolk, chocolate, Sicilian pistachio paste, mother yeast, acacia honey, salt, shelled pistachios, lemon paste, vanilla pods.
