The soft and fragrant dough is enriched with a delicate touch of pistachio cream, giving it an enveloping and irresistible flavor. Ingredients: Type 00 soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh egg yolks, natural yeast, honey, pistachio cream, egg whites, Sicilian pistachios, corn flour, salt, pistachio paste, cocoa powder, vanilla pods. Storage: We recommend letting the Colomba cake mature for 3 to 4 weeks in its sealed packaging to fully enjoy its burst of flavor. Store in a cool, dry place.
