Our artisanal pistachio Colomba is made with select, high-quality ingredients, all Italian. We use Sicilian pistachios, among the finest, and fresh eggs from domestic farms. The soft and fragrant dough is enriched with a delicate touch of pistachio cream, giving it an enveloping and irresistible flavor. Every bite is a unique experience, celebrating the tradition and excellence of our raw materials. Allergens: Type 00 soft wheat flour, butter, eggs, milk, traces of nuts. Ingredients: Type 00 soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh egg yolks, natural yeast, honey, pistachio cream, egg whites, Sicilian pistachios, corn flour, salt, pistachio paste, cocoa powder, vanilla pods. Storage: We recommend letting the Colomba cake mature for 3 to 4 weeks in its sealed packaging to fully enjoy its burst of flavor. Store in a cool, dry place. The expiration date is indicated on the packaging.
